The WSBetting player logs into his WSBetting account on the website and click the "Withdraw" option from the player menu.
Player enters the amount he wishes to withdraw (Minimum: 50 LSL / Maximum per withdraw set by Vodacom/Ecocash: 40,000 LSL).
Player enters his/her WSBetting Login PIN/password to confirm the details and clicks WITHDRAW.
After submitting the withdrawal request, the amount withdrawn is reserved immediately from the player's WSBetting balance for processing.
The WSBetting team swiftly check the payment and make the payment to the player's mobile money account, which usually reflects within 0-15 minutes.
In the unlikely event the withdrawal is rejected for payout for any reason, (for example because the player has not yet bet the full amount they have deposited) in this case then payment will not be processed and the funds will be returned to the player's WSBetting balance.
You can withdraw the full balance in your account at any time providing you have bet the full amount of your previous deposits.
If you deposit 50 LSL, you must bet at least 50 LSL before withdrawing.
If you try to withdraw before betting the amount you have deposited, your request will be rejected and the money will instead be returned to your WSBetting betting account to play before allowing a withdrawal.
Vodacom M-PESA charges 3% on all withdrawals.
Withdrawals are mostly automatic. Some are verified at random by the WSBetting team before processing.
Typical withdrawal times range between 0 minutes - 15 minutes.
If you have waited more than 15 minutes for your withdrawal request to be processed and you need the funds urgently, please Contact the WSBetting Team for help.
If Vodacom or Ecocash networks are down, we cannot process payments. In such eventualities, we work closely with Vodacom/Econet to fix the problem. If Vodacom/Econet problems persist for too long, a warning is posted on our website header in red to let you know.
Withdrawals are usually automatic unless our system detects any suspicious behaviour that requires verified by the WSBetting team before processing.
The most common reason for withdrawals to be rejected is that the player failed to bet the money they deposited previously.
However withdrawals may be rejected in other unusual situations such as due to a security issue to protect your money.
Contact the WSBetting team if your withdraw request was rejected after betting the full amount of previous deposits.
